Lisa is our Administration & Events Manager.
Lisa is a familiar voice to so many of our customers as she is your point of contact to organise that special occasion or book your reservation in the restaurant. Lisa will always go that extra mile to make sure all your requirements are met and exceeded when you book a reservation at the Elm Tree.
Lisa comes from South Africa where she was born and raised in the capital, Pretoria. Her passion for a career in hospitality was ignited when she had the honour of serving Nelson Mandela at his Historic Presidential Inauguration Dinner.

Lisa then went on to travel, working in England and Scotland before arriving in Cork by The Lee where she fell in love with the city and people of Cork. She worked in the very popular Monkstown Inn and Bosun before joining the Elm Tree 11 years ago and has been a integral part of the Elm Tree success to date.
