Keith Byrne
Keith is Food Service Supervisor and a very familiar face to so many of you.
Keith hails from Little Island and went to school in Midleton. From there, he worked in Fota Island Golf Club for 10 years before moving south to Sydney, Australia. While there, Keith gained valuable experience in some of Sydney’s most trendy, up and coming establishments.
Upon returning to Cork in 2008 with a wealth of knowledge, Keith started work in the Elm Tree where he soon moved up the ranks.
